In order to be eligible for telehealth appointments you will need to have access to a smartphone or computer that has audio and video as well as internet connection.

Most insurance companies cover mental health services provided via telehealth. As always, it is good practice to contact your insurance company prior to your appointment to confirm benefits. Patients are responsible for any fees insurance does not cover.

Yes, at the beginning of your session your provider will ask you to pay your copay and/or make a payment towards your balance.
